IP KVM

The Max-KVM eliminates the distance limitations of server control by allowing true remote access to servers and other network devices. With 48 server ports, the Max-KVM improves scalability and modularity in multi-server environments and satisfies growing computing needs.

  • High Port Density — 48 server ports with provide the highest port density in the industry in a 1U rack-mountable form factor. Multiple platforms; PS/2, USB and Sun devices, are supported using UPT (Cat-5) adapters between the servers and the IP KVM.
  • User Scalability — The system supports up to three IP sessions (with up to ten users per session) plus one local analog connected user. IP users access the KVM and the remote servers via web browser using an on-board Java» driven client.
  • Superior Video Performance — The advanced design delivers a superb quality video with a high update rate to provide clear, high fidelity screen images up to UXGA (1600x1200 pixels).
  • Realistic Remote Operation — The Max-KVM delivers low intrinsic video delay and minimal latency in mouse commands resulting in tight local and remote mouse synchronisation.
  • Simple and Intuitive Usage — The Max-KVM offers a highly flexible and secure administration of servers using a platform-independent, browser-based Graphical User Interface (GUI) and intuitive graphical on-screen display (OSD).
  • Integrated Firewall — A new level of security is provided by encrypting video, control and management data over the network. A wide set of authentication standards provides safe, easy and flexible integration into any network environment.
