To date there has been no complete way to monitor FIX transactions as they pass across the network between and within institutions. No way to track the speed and reliability of delivery either of individual links in the FIX chain, or the overall turnaround time for a transaction. Packets2Disk SeeFIX solution allows visibility into the passage of FIX transactions across the network. SeeFIX provides users with visibility into the latency of the transport network as well as the time taken for a transaction to be turned round by the server.

Latency figures include Carrier Latency, intermediary network latency, and transaction / response latency.

Complete Visibility of Fix

Because SeeFIX keeps track of all FIX packets traversing the network it can be used for a number of solutions: Troubleshooting of FIX networks, Client reporting of Latency / delivery, and compliance. Issues of latency or unreliable delivery can be quickly identified and forensic evidence provided where necessary.
