What is the solution?

Since February 2021, Brookcourt Solutions has been able to offer an award-winning IR35 solution, via its group holding company, Shearwater Group.

The framework under which we work with you, makes us the end client for the purposes of a status determination. Accordingly, all IR35 related responsibility rests with us. Additionally, with the IR35 solution, you can always be confident that the workforce we engage in the delivery of our products and services to you will be IR35 compliant.

This solution is also covered by a market leading, Zurich Insurance-underwritten IR35 insurance policy that protects the whole supply chain from the contractor to the end client for up to both £100k legal defence costs and £100k tax liability per contractor.

The solution ensures your entire supply chain is protected against the potentially crippling costs of an IR35 enquiry and any tax debts found owing.
